Kansas State University

One of my Texas Tech colleagues, Erin Justyna, recently attended a professional-association meeting at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas (the "Little Apple") and was kind enough to take some photos for this website. K-State, as the university is commonly known, is a green campus, with Kansas Limestone a regular feature of campus buildings. Shown first is Dickens Hall, home to philosophy and statistics.

In front of Dickens (or perhaps it's in back) is the Bluemont Bell. Apparently, it's a tradition that students ring the bell before graduating.

Finally, we have Anderson Hall, the administration building.
